In which case your product is not compliant and not validated by our quality control and authenticity teams, you will receive an E-mail , informing you that we unfortunately cannot accept your product.

We will then proceed to the following steps:

  1. We will send you a sales cancellation email also containing a link to proceed with the payment of the sum for the shipment of your package. The costs are 15 € for a shipment to France and 20 € for a shipment to Europe.
  2. Depending on DHL delivery times , your package will be returned to you and reshipped within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been confirmed .
