I still haven't received my payment

After the period of 7 working days after receiving your product, you notice that you still have not been paid? We invite you to take the following steps:

  1. Double check the destination address of your package indicated in our confirmation email:

  2. Contact us as soon as possible via our Facebook page, if you forgot to insert the sales slip inside the box.
  3. Make sure with your DHL tracking number that the package has arrived with us.

If you meet all these conditions and you still have not received your transfer, we invite you to contact us directly on our Facebook page with your sales slip and your delivery slip . We will do our best to answer you as quickly as possible ( 2 working days excluding weekends and holidays).
